Jay S. Feldman is a dedicated professional with fifteen years of experience in program development, grantmaking, and financial resource development in the Jewish communal and non-profit sector.
He currently serves as the Managing Director at the Alpha Epsilon Pi Foundation, where he collaborates closely with the board of directors and program professionals to drive strategic initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Jay held leadership positions such as Director of Leadership Development and Founding Director of The Rose Project at the Jewish Federation & Family Services in Orange County, California.
He also served as Director of Development for Taglit-Birthright Israel Initiatives in partnership with The Andrea & Charles Bronfman Philanthropies and the Birthright Israel Foundation.
Before his tenure at the Jewish Federation & Family Services, Jay worked as the Director of Jewish Student Life at UC Irvine for the Hillel Foundation of Orange County, demonstrating his commitment to Jewish student engagement.
Jay's career also includes a stint in public relations in Washington D.C. and a role as an Educational Leadership Consultant for the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Inc.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and actively participates in various organizations like AIPAC, JNF, and Hasbara Fellowships.
In his personal life, Jay resides in Kensington, Maryland, with his wife, Jennifer, who is a successful family law attorney.
