Associate Director of Lifetime Engagement

- Supports the Fraternity’s Strategic Plan by providing leadership, partnership, and proactive solutions
-  Partners with all areas of the Fraternity to enhance member engagement and connections
-  Oversees the development of engagement opportunities that enable participation in the organization in a way that is beneficial and fulfilling
-  Partners with the Assistant Director of Marketing & Events to execute special AOII sponsored events that inspire and engage members to connect through meaningful and innovative ways
-  Researches opportunities to leverage technology to increase opportunities for alumnae connectivity
-  Partners with the Director of Education & Training and the Education Committee to enhance resources on recruitment, retention and engagement for Alumnae Chapters
-  Manages and leads the Life Loyal program and its marketing pieces and distribution process throughout the year
-  Researches opportunities to establish new goals for the Life Loyal program, tracks benchmarks and evaluate all digital and direct mail campaigns
-  Oversees the Alumnae Initiate program, application process, resources and communicates directly with the sponsors to ensure all qualifications are met for new alumnae initiates
-  Researches opportunities to create new senior programming strategies to help transition young members into alumnae status and ensure their lifelong connection to the Fraternity
-  Oversees the International Alumnae Association and creates a communication plan to introduce the program to potential new members
-  Partners with and serves as a liaison to the NS-A’s, Alumnae Chapter Presidents, Alumnae Relation Chairs, and Advisors, specifically focusing on what works well, what the needs are and how to increase alumnae engagement in their area to AOII
-  Collaborates with the Network teams to form new alumnae chapters in viable areas
