With 18 years of experience, Luchs has been instrumental in finding retail stores and office headquarters for significant fashion industry brands, both nationally and internationally.

Known for his expertise in landlord representation, Luchs has played a key role in high-profile leasing deals and property sales in Los Angeles in the past decade.

Luchs has been actively involved in transforming various streets and areas in Los Angeles, from Beverly Hills to Downtown, through his representation of retail buildings.

Aside from his achievements in the real estate industry, Luchs also serves on the board of MOCA's Acquisition & Collections Committee in Los Angeles.

Originally from Potomac, Maryland, Luchs graduated from the University of Virginia in 1995 and has been a proud resident of Los Angeles since then.
