Jay Hiring is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of founding successful tech businesses. He co-founded Yieldify, a company focused on personalized online shopping, which he grew into a lucrative 8-figure recurring revenue business spanning 4 continents and attracting investments from Google Ventures, SoftBank, and Hoxton Ventures. Yieldify was eventually acquired by Publicis. Jay also co-founded Reachdesk, a corporate gifting platform that quickly became one of the fastest-growing software companies globally. Additionally, he co-founded Screenloop, a company dedicated to helping businesses recruit and retain talent through data-driven methods, earning recognition as the #1 startup to watch in London.

Currently, Jay is concentrating on Blissgrowth, where he works on developing exceptional software companies alongside 2nd-time founders, utilizing ideation, team building, playbooks, and funding. He is also the host of the Joyful Entrepreneur Podcast, a popular entrepreneurship show where he and his friends discuss success and happiness stories. Furthermore, Jay is actively engaged as an angel investor, having backed over 30 companies worldwide through referrals only. Jay's educational background includes studying Bsc in Economics at UCL and achieving high academic success at Chigwell School. He has held various key roles in organizations such as Founding Investor at StackOne, Lead Investor at Emperia, Co-Founder at Screenloop, Managing Partner at Blissgrowth and BlissInvest, and leadership positions at Reachdesk and Yieldify. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jay has experience in derivatives sales and trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a Director at Internet Ventures.
