Javier is an accomplished Senior Customer Success Manager at Adobe, where he has been responsible for developing and implementing strategy to drive customer success and retention. Prior to his current role, he held several senior positions at Campaign Monitor, including Head Of Customer Experience EMEA, Regional Manager EMEA, Customer Success, and Senior Customer Success Manager. Additionally, he has worked as an Account Manager and Coordinator at Return Path, and as an Account and Project Manager at Elogia.

Besides his professional life, del Rio is a big fan of music, travel, and sports.
