With a background in Civil and Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Jaspal further advanced his education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration with distinction from The University of Hull.

He has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including serving as the Founder and CEO of SIS Group of Schools, as well as previously founding and chairing Inspirasi Schools.
