Responsible for the overall project coordination of the iPhone/iTouch game &quot;iGuy&quot; (Spinmaster toys 2011). As producer I was responsible for the coordination of all aspects of building a new game: 2-D and 3-D animation work; programmers; sounds development and mixing; and the production staff. This included scheduling, and coordinating work using a milestone process, whereby each of the separate teams had specific tasks to be completed (milestones) for our client on a very detailed timeline.
