Prior to his current position as the Vice President of Business Development at Preferred Capital Funding, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Ohio Association for Justice, where he transformed an under-performing non-profit into a thriving and financially successful organization by increasing brand and membership growth. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development for the same organization, demonstrating exceptional leadership ability in each role.
