- Achieved 12% reduction in excess inventory balance and 15% reduction in total inventory balance YOY.

- Reduced full resolution time by 16% YOY.

The Grommet

Vice President Operations

- Founded and led The Grommet Wholesale business with P&L ownership responsible for product strategy and roadmap, sales, marketing, operations and support. 
- Led team of 10 and exceeded 100% annual revenue growth 4 straight years growing from $0 to $12M. - Grew Growth Revenue (Seller Services) from $900k in 2017 to $3M in 2019.
- Partnered with Ace Hardware on The Grommet branded displays in 1,000+ stores. The success of this program led to Ace’s acquisition of The Grommet.
- Opened and operated multiple pop up stores in 2017 and 2018 all on time and under budget.

VP, Wholesale and Growth

Responsible for Supplier Management, Demand Planning, Procurement and Logistics for The Grommet. 

- Initiated and led process to identify and qualify outsource fulfillment and technology partner enabling our business to grow 450% YOY, reducing fulfillment expenses by 25% and reducing miss-shipments to below 1%.

- Conducted Market Research and Competitive Analysis for new product.
- Created documents detailing analysis on Target Market, Competition and Business Plan.

SafePath Medical

Developing a Drag Reducing Coating to increase fuel efficiency, speed and operating range of marine vessels.

- Sourced manufacturing partner and managed outsourced prototype development.
- Won 1st Place Prize of $50,000 in University of Massachusetts Business Plan Competition.
- Partnered with US Navy to conduct prototype testing at Naval Research Laboratory facility.
- One of 125 finalists for the MassChallenge Accelerator out of 730+ applications.
