Additionally, he completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in City Management with a remarkable 3.9 GPA at Cleveland State University. Furthermore, he earned a degree in Political Science focusing on American Government and Politics with a 3.59 GPA, also cum laude, from Kent State University.

Jason Lunsford has an extensive professional background, having served in various capacities. He currently works as an Attorney at the Office of Special Counsel. Previously, he held positions such as Associate Credit and Accounting Methods at Cherry Bekaert LLP, Assistant Public Defender at Durham County Courthouse, Volunteer Attorney at Wake County Public Defender, Associate Attorney at Scott Holmes (Meece Law Firm), and Associate Attorney at Ellis Family Law.
