Jason Harris
Professor of Corporate Law at University of Sydney
Jason Harris is a Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Sydney Law School, where he teaches and researches in the areas of Corporate Law and Insolvency Law.12 He is a member of the Law Council of Australia's Business Law Section, serving on the Insolvency & Restructuring Committee and Corporations Law Committee.3
Harris is an expert in corporate law, insolvency, and financial regulation. His research focuses on the public and private regulation of financially distressed companies, including debt restructuring, voluntary administration, corporate governance, and directors' duties during financial distress.1
