At Dyson I was responsible for the production and delivery of all supporting assets for Global Campaigns and New Product Launches. Working across 8 different teams, I manage a team of Producers who each control and manage their individual work streams for well over 200 projects. 

Production Teams: Digital (Display Advertising and Website), Imagery (Stills, CGI and Animation) TV Advertising, Print & OOH, 2D Retail & Box, Social Media Content, Film and Trans-Creation. 
One of my strengths is the ability to manage a wide range of personalities across multiple functions, as well as understanding what motivates and drives each individual.

I managed the day to day running of a production team that focused on delivering cutting edge, market leading social media content across multiple platforms for PepsiCo UK and Global Markets. Each piece of content was developed and created with mass social engagement in mind. 

Key Responsibilities

•	Manage the day to day running of a production team, consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Cinematographers and Editors
•	Ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget

Senior Project Manager (Social Media Content Production / Senior Producer)

My day to day role as operations manager involved managing the schedule of the design and development studios.
I worked closely with the project managers ensuring that each project had been scoped out correctly and briefing documents where completed before they went into production.

I was required to undertake regular project reviews with each of the project managers and offered advice and guidance on process and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•	Complete ownership of the internal studio planner for the UX, Creative and Technical departments
•	Sense checked all bookings requests ensuring that estimates, invoicing, billing plans and Statements of Work were completed correctly
•	Attend regular resource forecasting meetings with senior stakeholders
•	Reviewed and advised on studio capacity
•	Problem solved resourcing issues and offered resolution by way of logical thinking and re-planning, working closely with the project management team

Operations Manager / Senior Digital Project Manager

I was employed at Creative Jar as a Digital Project Manager where I was responsible for the delivery of multiple projects at any one time.

My day to day role meant working very closely with Designers, Developers and Account Managers.

Projects ranged from full website redesigns and build right down to smaller campaigns focusing on delivering banners and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities

•	Worked closely with designers and developers to ensure smooth delivery of projects
•	Provide clients daily updates on development, ensuring budgets are adhered too
•	Review work regularly to ensure zero scope creep
•	Ensure deadlines are not missed by conducting daily reviews of workflow

My role at Moore Wilson was very focused on web based project management ensuring the delivery of multiple work streams effectively on time and within budget.
Working with financial, NHS and Not for Profit organisations, managing budgets, development and implementation of websites, intranets and extranets.

I have a strong working knowledge of the Agile Methodology (SCRUM) using Rally project management software.

Key Responsibilities

•	Ensure designs are scoped according to the clients specification and requirements
•	Run daily SCRUM meetings with the development teams to ensure efficient delivery
•	Provide clients daily updates on development and delivery, ensuring budgets are adhered too
