Jason Bushman

Jason Bushman is an aspiring Experience Designer with a focus on user experience, product management, and employee experiences. He utilizes design thinking methods to solve problems at work and in personal life, aiming to understand others and issues better. Known for being a good listener, Jason is appreciated by peers for his positive attitude.

In his free time, Jason enjoys both watching and participating in athletics, as well as seeking new adventures and travel opportunities with his wife.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design & Management from Brigham Young University. He has professional experience as a People Operations Specialist at Lucid and had previous roles as a Customer Experience Intern at DirectScale, Project Manager Team Lead at BYU Men's Soccer, Office Specialist at Brigham Young University, Guest Services at Provo Parks and Recreation, and Water Safety Instructor at American Fork Fitness Center.
