With a background in Marketing and Criminology from Oregon State University and Southern Oregon University, Jason has held various roles in sales, marketing, and leadership within organizations like Dinner Dialogues, Chamber DS Inc, and GenY Success.
Prior to founding Outbound Squad, Jason was involved in roles ranging from Owner and Marketing Director to Vice President of Sales and Branch Manager at companies like College Works Painting.
Jason is passionate about snowboarding, classic rock music, UFC, outdoor activities, psychology, and spending time with his wife, Sara, and their dog, Pepe.
He offers hands-on training and coaching for teams to improve cold outreach, build relationships with prospects, and enhance sales techniques.
