Janine Kaye Woods M.

Janine Woods, M.A. is a highly skilled professional in the areas of Social Responsibility, External Affairs, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience, she has made groundbreaking contributions to the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Janine has served key roles with Eastman Kodak Company, Ford Motor Company, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She has also worked with several international NGO's, including the LaFace Records, NFL Players Association, USPTA & ATA, and many more. Janine is known for her visionary leadership in improving the human condition and her advocacy for underrepresented communities, including Black, Hispanic, American Indian, Asian, LGBTQ, the elderly, and people with disabilities. She is a Governor Appointed Human Relations Commissioner, former Executive Director of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, and Congressional Intern per both the United States Senate and House of Representatives. Janine is a motivational, collaborative, philanthropic, and influential leader who is passionate about creating a positive impact in our society through social change. Janine holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Administration from The University of Kansas, and several professional certifications in Nonprofit Management, Outcomes Based Programming, and Conflict Resolution, to name a few.
