Janessa Choong

Janessa Choong is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in finance and accounting.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Marketing from UNSW and has studied at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as well as the International Baccalaureate at UWC South East Asia.

Janessa has held key leadership positions in several prominent organizations, showcasing her expertise and skills in financial planning and analysis.

Her previous roles include serving as the APAC Head of FP&A at Takeda, Vision Care Head of Finance for Singapore & Malaysia, Country Head of Finance for Singapore, and Chief Financial Officer at Alcon.

She has also worked in various finance and accounting roles at reputable companies such as News UK, William Grant & Sons, Brown-Forman, Unilever, and KPMG Australia.
