She has held various roles in different organizations that have allowed her to hone her skills and expertise. Janelby served as a program consultant at Remote Year, community manager at Mindspace.me, operations associate at Techstars, distribution technology analyst at Design Hotels AG, and concierge specialist at Aspire Lifestyles, among others. In each of these roles, Janelby has gained a wealth of knowledge in areas such as pre-opening/launch project management, business development, event planning, brand development, communication strategy, community building, and operational management.
As the founder of Janelby Ramirez Virtual Assistant Services, she offers her clients virtual assistant services that focus on project management, business development, event planning, and experience curation. Her clients range from entrepreneurs to corporate executives to non-profit organizations.
