Jamie Pool

Jamie Pool is a highly accomplished professional with a deep interest in climate change adaptation, mitigation, natural resource management, and environmental policy. Jamie holds a Master of Environmental Management (M.E.M.) in Environmental Policy from Yale School of the Environment, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a Certificate in Environmental Law from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Wildlife Conservation, Spanish, and Resource Economics from the University of Delaware.

Jamie has held various key roles in different organizations, including Acting Deputy Division Chief for Legislative Affairs, Natural Resource Litigation Advisor, Legislative Affairs Specialist, Acting Branch Chief for Outdoor and Heritage Resources, Acting Branch Chief for Planning and Environmental Coordination, Acting Senior Legislative Affairs Specialist at the Bureau of Land Management. Additionally, Jamie has served as an Independent Consultant at the Land Trust Alliance, Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Climate Change Adaptation Analyst at the Executive Office of the President's White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), and as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Jamie has a rich background that includes experiences such as being a Policy Intern at Ceres, a Student Consultant at the Yale Environmental Protection Clinic, a 2010 American Bar Association Diversity Fellow/Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a Legal Extern at the Land Use Law Center (LULC). While at Apple, Jamie also worked as a Genius, showcasing a diverse skill set.
