She holds a Master's degree in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London, a Master's degree in Economics & Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine, and a Master's degree in Environmental policy from Sciences Po.

Florence Palandri has accumulated valuable experience through her roles in various organizations, including Carbone 4 as a Consultant, BNP Paribas as a Data scientist specializing in climate physical risk, 2° Investing Initiative as a Climate finance analyst, and Carbonium as a Junior consultant focusing on climate change mitigation.
