Jamie Kelly

Jamie Kelly is an accomplished Anthropology Collections Leader who has worked in various roles throughout museums and educational institutions. Jamie graduated from Beloit College with a B.A. in Anthropology, Art History, and Museum Studies and later completed an M.S. in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a focus on Museum Studies. Throughout Jamie's career, they have held various positions such as the Head of Anthropology Collections at The Field Museum, the Museum Registrar at Center for History, Wheaton Historic Preservation Council, and a Research Assistant at Wisconsin Historical Society. Additionally, Jamie has been a Conservation Assistant at Milwaukee Public Museum, an Archaeological Field Supervisor at Beloit College, and a Database Consultant at Wisconsin Historical Society.

Jamie Kelly has vast knowledge and experience in museum collections management, registration, database management, research, and conservation. Their expertise also includes archaeological fieldwork, teaching assistant and program coordination, art and cultural history, and bookkeeping. Jamie is known for their excellent communication and collaboration skills, making them an effective leader and team player in both museum and academic settings.
