Jamie Fyleman is a dynamic communication specialist and change management leader with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. With a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University, Jamie started his career as a journalist and producer with the BBC. Eventually, Jamie discovered his passion for creating positive change and has since dedicated his career to helping those on the margins of society.

Jamie's unique blend of skills and experience has allowed him to excel in his roles as Global Development and Communications Director, Director of Church Relationships, Head of Volunteering, and Chief Executive. He has led major rebrands, implemented successful fundraising strategies, and established exciting partnerships with various organizations. Most notably, Jamie has overseen the growth of an anti-human trafficking charity from being hardly known to headlining national media and quadrupling its income.
