Jamie Beaumont

Jamie Beaumont is an accomplished CFO, financial strategist, and expert in mergers and acquisitions. After earning a 1st class honours degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, he built an impressive career in finance, working as an associate in mergers and acquisitions at UBS, followed by a role as an advisor in the same field at Hawkpoint. Jamie's expertise supported his work advising clients across industries for leveraged transactions, divestments, acquisitions, and corporate strategy.

In 2010, Jamie transitioned to a position as CFO at David Phillips Furniture, helping the company double its turnover and triple its profitability through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth, culminating in a successful MBO with Fleming Family and Partners. Jamie joined LSL Property Services as Finance Director - Acquisitions & Corporate Development, where he worked with several businesses in residential property services, including sales and letting agents, financial services providers, surveyors and specialist accommodation providers.

With extensive experience and a deep understanding of growth businesses, M&A, private equity, strategy, team development, people management, financial modelling, and due diligence, Jamie has successfully served several businesses in various sectors. Jamie has also served as Board Member at Area9 Lyceum and Eedi, Managing Director & Interim Head of LEGO Ventures at LEGO Ventures, CFO at Kano Computing, and CFO at Tangent Communications PLC.
