With his extensive technical expertise, Chad helps his clients navigate the complexity of financial reporting, tax, and strategic advisory purposes with a focus on value creation. Being an expert in the Technology sector, Chad leads the US Valuation and Business Modeling Practice in Silicon Valley and helps his clients manage and adapt to the frequency and speed with which technology transforms companies and industries in this digital age.

Chad has served both public and private equity clients throughout his career, covering investments in early stage ventures to mature profitable companies. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, JVs, partnerships, internal reorganizations, and equity issuances.

Chad holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, and a BS in Management from SUNY Geneseo. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation granted by the CFA Institute.
