James Woodeson

James Woodeson is a dedicated Organisational Coach and Supervisor at Organisational Coaching, with a passion for supporting the growth of individuals, teams, and entire organizations through relational and creative approaches.

He is involved in offering 1:1, Team, and Organisational coaching services to clients globally at Organisational Coaching, emphasizing bespoke facilitation and leadership skills programs that focus on integrating coaching skills into organizations in a relational and compassionate manner.

James also provides Supervision and Mentorship to other coaches, both individually and in groups, holding an accreditation as a coach up to the PCC level with the International Coach Federation, grounded in Gestalt philosophy and psychology.

His educational background includes various certifications and diplomas in Executive Coaching, Organisational Development, Systemic Team Coaching, Banking and Finance, and more, from reputable institutions such as The Academy of Executive Coaching and Loughborough University.

Apart from his professional endeavors, James finds joy in running marathons and trails in the mountains, constantly learning about others and himself. His playful nature is inspired by his two young daughters, enhancing his creativity and making the journey more enjoyable.
