He spearheads deal origination and transaction execution in the financial services sector at Phoenix, actively contributing to investments like Redington, Mobius Life, Nexus Vehicle Rental, Travel Chapter, and Key Retirement.

With significant industry experience, James serves as an Investor Director on the boards of Redington and Mobius within the Phoenix portfolio.

Before his tenure at Phoenix Equity Partners, he gained four years of valuable experience at DC Advisory, where he advised on various transactions for private equity and corporate clients.

James Squires pursued his education at Manchester Grammar School and completed his MBiochem in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford.
