James Millon

James Millon is currently the President of U.S. Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE, a position he assumed on November 1, 2023.12 Prior to this role, he served as Vice Chairman at CBRE from January 2020 to October 2023.1 Millon has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance.3

Throughout his career, Millon has:

1. Originated more than $75 billion in commercial real estate loans across the United States.3
2. Co-founded and co-led CBRE's U.S. large loan team with Tom Traynor, closing some of the largest deals in the industry.2
3. Worked at Deutsche Bank as a Director in commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets.3
4. Held positions at Société Générale and MMA Realty Capital.1

Millon holds a BS in Finance/Economics and an MBA in Investment Management/Corporate Finance from Penn State University.1 He is known for his expertise in originating, underwriting, pricing, structuring, negotiating, syndicating, and securitizing large commercial real estate finance transactions.3
