Anne Julieth Ramírez Ramírez

Anne Julieth Ramirez is a highly accomplished business professional with extensive experience in project management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She holds an MBA from Universidad ESAN, with a specialization in advanced project management. Additionally, Ramirez has a degree in business administration and professional studies in finance and international trade from the Fundación Universitaria Empresarial de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá - Uniempresarial. Ramirez has also completed specialized studies in project management of Lean UX and Service Design at Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología - UTEC.

She has held various leadership positions in reputable companies, including as a Financial and Administrative Manager at top consulting and investment firms in Peru and Colombia. As a Senior Consultant in agile methodologies and innovation in business, she has successfully executed entrepreneurial and innovation projects, mentored startups, and developed a network of mentorship relationships. Ramirez is a Certified SCRUM Master and has also taught subjects in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business plan development at prestigious universities in Peru.

Currently, she serves as the Executive in charge of Entrepreneurship and Innovation projects at the Center for Entrepreneurial Development at Universidad ESAN. She was also part of the technical team of the Innovaesan Business Incubator and previously worked as an advisor and project coordinator at Universidad ESAN. In addition to this, Ramirez has experience in managing the administrative and financial areas of a foundation, Fundación Pais Libre, and has served as an administrative assistant at FRECOL LTDA.
