With over 11 years of experience in the recruitment industry, James has personally placed thousands of sales and technical professionals within the technology sector worldwide. He is passionate about developing and mentoring consultants to ensure they progress their careers in the short to medium-term. His expertise spans AdTech, MarTech, Fintech, Cybersecurity, IT Services, BI & Big Data, SaaS, and PaaS.

Prior to his role at Finlay James, James also worked at Talentskowt and Netshield Ltd as a Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Executive Search Consultant. He studied at the College of West Anglia and the University of Birmingham, earning a BTech National Diploma in Uniformed Services (Distinction) and a BA (Hons) in Tourism Business Management (2.1) respectively.
