Jay Holmes

James Holmes is an accomplished finance expert and seasoned board member, a graduate from Cranbrook Kingswood Schools and holds a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Miami University. With extensive experience in investment management, business development, and sales, he has served in multiple companies such as Wychwood Asset Management, higi, Caerus Ventures, and Parallel, among others, in various executive positions. Mr. Holmes has previously been a Development Associate at Robertson Brothers Community Builders, a Real Estate Intern at Ram Realty Services, and a Marketing and Sales Associate at Ram Realty Services and The Marketing Directors, Inc.

As the Managing Director at Wychwood Asset Management, Mr. Holmes has been responsible for directing and managing critical aspects of the firm, including investment strategy, research, and execution. He also provides strategic direction to drive the growth of the company. At Parallel, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer, where he led corporate strategy initiatives and crafted growth plans to drive the company's revenue. Mr. Holmes has also been a Board member at Parallel and higi and advises Caerus Ventures in his current capacity.
