Change Manager at Macquarie Group

Responsible for leading the organisational change management activities for key transformation programs and improvement projects driven by Human Resources globally.

Change Manager (Implementation of Avature ATS)
Responsible for the development and delivery of the change management plan to support the implementation of the Avature recruitment platform globally across Macquarie. This includes working with all business and operational groups to identify key stakeholders, assess change impacts and deliver an engagement and upskilling program to ensure the successful adoption of the new platform and processes. This includes the new ATS and CRM platforms for our global recruitment teams and a new hiring platform for hiring managers.

Change Lead (Human Resources)

Change Manager as part of the Financial Management Group (FMG). As part of a wider team of change managers, supported the Oracle Fusion General Ledger upgrade program which impacted approximately 2,000 staff across 24 countries. Responsible for supporting key business units to understand the impacts of change and collaborating with global teams to design and implement engagement and learning plans to support successful adoption of the platform.

As a Management Consultant, I worked closely with clients in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) area. I was the Business Readiness Lead for a national Telco where I was responsible for engaging senior stakeholders across the business, to drive and support their preparations for change. With a focus on continuous improvements, I helped the business deliver their engagement, buy in, training and documentation needs.

I was the Change Lead on the company roll out the Workday Time Tracking functionality. I engaged key business stakeholders to develop the Change Strategy, which articulated the approach to engagement, comms, training and ensuring buy in from business customers

Consultant

As a Management Consultant I supported many clients including the following;

Defence client- on the requirements for procurement of a new product. This included scoping user requirements and producing a stakeholder engagement plan.

Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS)- supported the North West region to implement Better Care Fund plans. This work was aimed at improving patient care at a national level whilst making cost savings through process efficiencies.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) – As part of the management team for the High Value Opportunities (HVO) programme within UKTI, I was the business lead for the implementation of a central, web-based IT system, eventually used by nearly 600 colleagues worldwide. I managed the roll-out and training to UK and worldwide users, focussing on the benefits offered. The programme delivered in excess of £8bn of trade into the UK in 2013/14. 

Health Education England (HEE) – I supported the Better Care Better Training programme which looked to transform the way junior doctors completed their training the UK. I completed a literature review for the final report to inform recommendations as to how the  training could be improved to reflect the changes in society. 

NHS Greater Manchester (GM) Transition Programme – I worked on the HR Workstream of the NHS GM transition programme which involved the transition of over 3,000 staff. As part of the Programme Management Office (PMO) I worked with senior client HR leads to ensure detailed project plans were developed, understood and maintained. The work ensured the successful transition of staff within the required national timescales
