Enno Kroesen

Enno Kroesen is a seasoned business administrator and process improvement specialist. He earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Philosophy from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and the University of Groningen, respectively. Enno has a wealth of experience in analysing and improving organisational processes, waste removal, bottleneck resolution, and establishing process compliance. With expertise in Process Mining technology, Lean/SixSigma, and BPM(S), he has served in various positions, including Founder & Assoc. Partner at Squadra Group, Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting, and Co-Founder & Partner at ProMelius. He also has experience as a Project Manager at The HEINEKEN Company and Samsung Electronics, and as a Senior Consultant at PwC and Ernst & Young.
