Gillard has a proven track record of delivering complex resourcing solutions to blue-chip organizations in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

Gillard has a passion for HR transformation, talent acquisition across agency, RPO, and in-house, leading international complex matrixed teams (across regions such as the UK, North America, South America, EMEA, India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand), and in-depth knowledge of the technology, financial services, FinTech, and professional services sectors. He is enthusiastic and creative, empowering his teams for continued excellence.

As the Head of Executive Resourcing, Talent Acquisition & Strategic Business Partner for NHS Test and Trace at the Department of Health and Social Care, Gillard is a Leadership Council member of the Resourcing Leaders 100.
