James Francque

James Francque is the Global Head of Transactions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a position he has held since February 2018. Within Hyatt, James is involved in the Development Committee and the Asset Management Committee, overseeing the organization's capital strategy globally. His responsibilities include managing strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, hotel acquisitions and dispositions, and related transactional activities. Prior to this role, James served as the Senior Vice President, Capital Strategy & Head of Hyatt Residential from October 2014 to February 2018. During this time, he played a key role in implementing Hyatt's capital strategy and overseeing residential projects. This included the development, marketing, and operation of Hyatt-branded whole ownership residences, as well as managing relationships with exclusive licensees in the shared ownership sector.
