James Downer is a founder and computer science expert who is passionate about finding solutions for last-mile problems. He studied both Computer Science and International Development at Tufts University and also attended the University of Buenos Aires where he studied Economics. James has held multiple executive positions such as being a former COO and co-founder of Colibrí and the executive director of Dendros. Additionally, he was the business development manager for Latin America at ABRA, and has been a co-director of Tufts Hack. James is currently a founder in residence at Celo.
