Susanne Birgersdotter is an internationally experienced director, serial entrepreneur, brand builder, business consultant, coach, and global keynote speaker with a passion for furthering the contribution of women in business worldwide. With experience in business development, digital marketing, sales, strategy, team leadership and mentorship, Susanne has dedicated her career to inspiring teams, building brands, and driving innovation at every turn. As a Line Lead and Team Manager at Kindred Group plc, Susanne is responsible for the growth and performance of a team of 17 engineers, conducting monthly 1:1s, collaborating with product managers and other line leads to improve ways of working, and mentoring each engineer's professional development. She is also committed to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, serving as a business mentor at Startup Weekend and Founder Institute, and as an advisory board member at Female Founders Global.

As a keynote speaker and book author with experience speaking at A-Speakers and Bestseller PR AB, Susanne has been recognized as the most powerful female founder of the year for three consecutive years, from 2017-2019. She has also been nominated the most powerful female business leader in 2019 and women of the decade in entrepreneurship and innovation. Outside of her work in tech and entrepreneurship, Susanne has studied stress therapy, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and business and innovation at the Styrelseakademin, LDpe, and Företagsuniversitetet.
