James Davis
James Davis is a multi-award winning psychologist, coach, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. He holds a BA in Social Psychology, an MSc in Applied Psychology, as well as an MBA, Master Coach certification, and several other qualifications in hormone health, sports nutrition, gut health, NLP, and hypnosis. James has been featured in several media outlets, including the NY Times, Sunday Times, Telegraph, Vogue, and The Guardian, for his expertise in leveraging psychology to enable rapid change for successful midlife men.
Together with his wife, Claire, he founded two well-being companies - 38 Degrees North and The Midlife Mentors, which run consumer-facing events, immersive experiences, retreats, group coaching, and one-to-one coaching. The couple also works with well-known organizations, such as FSB, KPMG, Ignis, and Solomons Europe, delivering workshops and programs that engage and empower their employees.
