Bea Arthur is a renowned psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and speaker with expertise in psychology and technology. She is a graduate of Emerson College with a BS in Management Communications, Teachers College at Columbia University with EdM and MA degrees in Psychological Counseling, and has studied at startup accelerators Y Combinator and Techstars. Bea's third company, The Difference, provides on-demand counseling services to high-performance individuals in high-pressure work environments. She is the first African-American female founder in Y Combinator and has been named an Entrepreneur to Bet On by Newsweek Magazine and one of Bumble's 100 Most Inspirational New Yorkers. Additionally, Bea contributes her expertise to ForbesWomen as an editorial contributor, where she runs Office Hours, a career therapy digital series providing intra-praneurship advice to upwardly mobile women in the hottest companies. Her specialties include counseling, coaching, psychoanalysis, public speaking, and women's advocacy.
