James Cook

James Cook is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in finance, project management, environmental engineering, and infrastructure advisory. Prior to this, he has worked as an Investor & Developer at TAQA, Senior Manager at Ernst & Young handling Project Finance & Infrastructure Advisory, PFI/PPP Manager at United Utilities, Principal Consultant at Scott Wilson Business Consultancy focusing on PPP/PFI Infrastructure, and as a Senior PFI/PPP Strategy & Procurement Consultant at Entec UK.
