James Barry is a skilled gastronomy professional and nutrition enthusiast with an impressive track record in the food industry. With more than 10,000 hours of classical training and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Foods, he's on the path to helping Canadians lead healthier lives. James is a former training & support specialist and care manager at Dialogue and has previously worked as a sous chef, commis, and garde-manger at various restaurants in Montreal. He's also served as the president of the non-profit organization, Vegpei. James has received a professional diploma in Italian Cuisine from the ITHQ, studied the Science of Gastronomy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Concordia University. He's also taken graduate courses in management and economics at McGill University. With his expertise in nutrition and foods, James is looking to make a positive impact on Canadians' health by offering evidence-based solutions that connect them with qualified health professionals.
