James Barry is a skilled gastronomy professional and nutrition enthusiast with an impressive track record in the food industry. James is a former training & support specialist and care manager at Dialogue and has previously worked as a sous chef, commis, and garde-manger at various restaurants in Montreal. He's also served as the president of the non-profit organization, Vegpei. James has received a professional diploma in Italian Cuisine from the ITHQ, studied the Science of Gastronomy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Concordia University. He's also taken graduate courses in management and economics at McGill University.
