James Allen

James Allen is a highly experienced Epic Credentialed Trainer and Epic Systems Analyst with a strong background in customer service, data entry, and database management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Master of Arts in Technology Education from Appalachian State University. He has held various positions, including System Analyst at OhioHealth, Epic Clinical Applications Analyst at Licking Memorial Health Systems, and IS CareConnect Credentialed Trainer at OhioHealth.

James has extensive experience in data entry and database management, having worked as a Data Entry Specialist at the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies at National Defense University, and as a Client Data Specialist at The Online 401(k). James also has a background in logistics, sales, and customer service, having worked in these fields at various organizations such as Gap Inc./Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, and OhioHealth.
