Jake Preissler
Director of Recruiting
Jake Preissler is a passionate corporate recruiting professional with extensive experience in executive search, agency recruiting, and corporate recruiting. Preissler's career took off when he joined A.H Harris, where he established the company's recruiting department from scratch. During his time at A.H Harris, he was involved in a range of activities, including field and branch operations, safety programming, internships and development programming, and more.
In 2017, A.H Harris was acquired by White Cap, where Preissler's role evolved to manage recruitment in the Canadian wing of the business, Brafasco. He later transitioned to the US and became responsible for all field sales and leadership recruitment. He then moved to the corporate side to manage functional recruiting across all corporate departments, eventually moving into a management role. In his current capacity as Corporate Recruiting Manager & Executive Recruiter, Preissler oversees all corporate functional recruitment and personally manages full cycle recruitment for all executive roles.
Preissler studied Political Science and Government at the University of Connecticut and earned a General Education High School Diploma from Kingswood Oxford School. He has also held various roles, including Contract Recruiter at CareCentrix, Recruiter at Stewart Staffing Solutions, Preventative Maintenance Analyst at FM Facility Maintenance, CSR II at FM Facility Maintenance, and Executive IT & Sales Recruiter at The Millard Group.
