Jaideep Srivastav is an accomplished Sales, Account, and Implementation Delivery Executive with more than a decade of experience in managing and growing key customer accounts. He specializes in implementing and selling Theory of Constraint (TOC) based solutions such as Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), Drum Buffer Rope (DBR) for production management, and replenishment for inventory management.

Jaideep obtained his B.Tech degree in Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple multi-million dollar implementations globally while increasing revenue and retaining Annual Maintenance Contracts for software. Jaideep has built an organization of over 60+ delivery management professionals from scratch, proficient in independently handling implementations. Additionally, he grew a construction startup from a team of 3-4 people to a 200+ people profitable organization.
