Jael Chng

Jael Chng is the co-founder and Chief Possibilities Generator of My Working Title, a company dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals in designing their careers for the future of work-life.

With a background in Business Studies and Marketing from Nanyang Business School, NTU, and 'A' Levels in the Accounting Stream from Raffles Junior College, Jael has a strong educational foundation.

Jael's expertise lies in Career Design, Design Thinking, Branding and Communication, Learning and Development, and Leadership.

Throughout her career, Jael has held diverse roles such as Design Thinking, Learning & Development, and Communications Consultant at J+, Board Member at *SCAPE SG, and Transformation Designer at Awaken Group.

Her experience also includes roles in social entrepreneurship, media planning, and creative content creation, showcasing her versatility and adaptability across different domains.
