Jade Hawes is a dedicated professional with a Master of Arts in international development and humanitarian crises, boasting 9 years of experience in gender equality, youth engagement, and social inclusion programs.

In terms of education, Jade pursued a Master's Degree in the Global Human Development Program at Georgetown University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arabic, Sociology Anthropology from Middlebury College.
Throughout her career, Jade held significant roles such as Founder at Humanitarian Picture Books, Refugee Program Assistant at the U.S. Department of State, and Independent Development Consultant focusing on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion.
Jade also contributed her expertise as a Gender Integration Consultant at Dynamo Technologies, LLC, Emergency Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at International Medical Corps, and Technical Officer for Global Health Diplomacy in the Eastern Mediterranean Region at the World Health Organization.
Her experience includes serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant and Intern at International Medical Corps, Volunteer Entrepreneurship Consultant focusing on Outreach and M&E at the Middle East Institute, and Women's Empowerment Research Consultant at the United Nations Foundation.
Jade also took on the role of Country Program Director at Reclaim Childhood, an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through sport, and gained additional experience as a Programs Intern at Plan International.
