Holly Krueger is a seasoned technical expert with a robust track record of over 15 years in the private sector development field, specializing in applying market systems, private sector engagement, and Value for Money (VfM) principles to agriculture, humanitarian aid, business enabling environment reform, trade, urban development, gender equality, and social inclusion programs.

With a stronghold in strategic leadership, Holly has effectively overseen and managed large programs, studies, and evaluations involving diverse teams for various bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors as well as foundations.

Her professional journey has taken her across more than 15 African, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries, with her current base located in Morocco.

Holly's educational background includes studies at The Springfield Centre for Business in Development, Loomis Chaffee, an MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a BA in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt.
