Jacqueline Kurdziel is a highly skilled marketing and growth strategist with extensive experience in the technology, financial services, B2B software, and consumer products industries. Over the course of her career, she has worked for and with an impressive roster of Fortune 500 brands, including UBS, JP Morgan Chase, AB-InBev, Dow Jones, Capgemini, BlackRock, and JC Penney. Prior to founding her consulting studio, West End, Jacqueline led growth teams at several startups that were later acquired by WeWork, Northwestern Mutual, and Seismic.
As an operator, Jacqueline has achieved noteworthy accomplishments, including building the Managed by Q marketing organization from scratch, driving over $1M in net new revenue at LearnVest through strategic partnerships, carving out the retail channel for Percolate, and funding a successful Kickstarter campaign for the craft ice cream company MilkMade. She is particularly skilled at designing growth strategies that accelerate new revenue, developing cross-channel marketing and brand strategies, managing strategic partnerships, and leveraging data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Jacqueline holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. In addition to West End, Jacqueline has served as a fellow at prehype and an expert at Primary Venture Partners.
