TheLoops AI is a predictive CX operations platform, complete with GenAI, tailor made to enhance CX productivity and efficiency while increasing+improving customer retention. We contextualize Support data across a variety of integrations (CRM, Bug Tracking, Product Usage and Collaboration tools) and actionable insights--sentiment analysis, scoring, auto-classification and routing, topic modeling, predicted CSAT and more. 

I joined the team to help increase our online presence, reduce our CAC, rebrand+optimize our website and offerings while also overhauling Sales alignment, pipeline velocity and GTM.

At present, I work directly with our CEO, Head of Sales, 2 AE's, 3 direct reports, our CS team, an outsourced website development agency, community partners and advisors.

I am responsible for all facets of marketing from customer marketing and testimonial procurement to partner marketing, events+field marketing, demand generation, SEO, social selling, email marketing and ABM.

I also participate and speak at Industry events and conferences such as Support Driven Expo and Elevate CX.

Notable Contributions To Date:
-Increased website traffic by 67% within first 30 days
-Launched and completed website rebrand and messaging overhaul in 90 days 
-Conceptualize, facilitate then produce all post marketing content distribution for our Fireside chat series (12 YTD) featuring TheLoops customers, CX experts and our Executive Team
-Created and published thought leadership CX Guide featuring 6 Customers and 8 CX Experts
-Handle all facets of content marketing from strategic planning to tactical execution, copywriting and distribution

Head of Marketing

I started my business providing 1 on 1 digital marketing consulting services. In the beginning, I worked with an artist on increasing his online footprint, a documentary film team on establishing their subject matter expertise on Twitter and a subscription beauty startup on strategic partnerships and user acquisition. By 2012, my service offerings expanded to include content calendar development, social media community management, data analysis, market research and persona development for many CPG brands and LA based agencies that white labeled my offerings. 
Some key milestones of running Jaclyn Mullen Media include:
-Consecutive profit from year one. I bootstrapped the business and was able to grow it steadily without incurring any debt.
-Developing several social impact campaigns including a campaign called The Power of 2 in partnership with Public, Inc. We leveraged Lance Bass and Emanuelle Chriqui to raise money for St. Jude Childrens Hospital and Colon Cancer Canada while establishing a framework for Public to use for future Power of 2 campaigns.
-Driving brand awareness for the first oat beverage in stores such as Vitamin Shoppe, Target, and Harris Teeter while generating demand through mom blogger relations, social sampling and Twitter chats. 
-Learning and implementing as digital transformation evolved. I quickly became well versed in Search Engine Optimization, analytics, email marketing, A/B testing, direct response copywriting, landing page design and more.
-As these offerings expanded, other agencies in LA inquired about training services and support. This lead me to becoming a Microsoft Community partner and developing my own in-person trainings and workshops.
-Given the success of those, I began teaching workshops for General Assembly on the topics of SEO, blogging and digital marketing. 
Other areas of focus: product development, branding, customer experience, user experience, retargeting, lead nurturing, digital marketing strategy.

Growth Marketing Manager

I will always appreciate my time at GreenFig. I was part of a fully distributed, remote team of A-players. I worked closely with the CEO, the VP of Marketing, our publicist, University Partners, final project company stakeholders, subject matter experts and our students. 

As the Digital Marketing Program Lead in a startup, I wore many hats from product development to competitive research and insights, to curriculum design, ad copywriting and mockup design, uncovering A/B testing opportunities to branding and positioning support and of course, teaching. 

My primary function was to deliver our product—the course—through remote, online instruction to geographically dispersed students and ensure a best in class experience. I mentored and guided four digital marketing cohorts, their individual student final project groups, provided client management and direction with regard to their campaigns and proudly watched their confidence, critical thinking and remote collaboration skills flourish. 

From our NPS results (90-100) and Spring 2020 student completion (100% for undergrad, 94% for continuing education), that goal was indeed accomplished.

Digital Marketing Science, Program Lead+Virtual Instructor 

After many years of consulting and profitable solopreneurship, I pivoted into teaching for General Assembly. Founded in 2011, General Assembly initially served professionals looking to acquire and develop in-demand tech-skills. 

At General Assembly, I was responsible for many roles starting with Instruction and product management. I delivered 85 courses to 500 global students across various business verticals. I was able to scale my problem-solving acumen across students working in cybersecurity, e-commerce, service-based businesses, healthcare, media and entertainment, SaaS, even CPG. 

I delivered instruction on topics such as marketing fundamentals, customer segmentation and acquisition, persona development, user experience, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, content marketing, automation, metrics and performance development and more.

Blending design thinking with a consultive approach to leadership and teaching, I was able to achieve the top 1% of NPS scores globally for General Assembly. This resulted in increased LTV for GA, earned media from students and the opportunity to mentor and onboard other instructors and share best practices. 

I also worked cross-functionally across admissions, student support, instructor management and operations. 

To assist in business growth, I traveled to Proctor and Gamble headquarters in Cincinnati, OH facilitating our first enterprise training on-site which positively impacted revenue and brand equity. 

Lastly, I was on the Digital Marketing Product Advisory Board working with peers, instructional designers and other subject matter experts on improving our curriculum, student experience and student retention.

Project Manager/Brand Amabassador for a revolutionary nuetracuetical supplement overseeing all aspects from Product Development to Customer Service, PR, Online Reputation Management to Fulfillment and Direct Response.

On a daily basis, I managed the marketing message, "Inspire Healthy Change" to ensure consumer confidence while generating sales in a highly saturated, e-commerce environment. I coined the tag line "Inspire Healthy Change" after analyzing the results and testimonials of the 20 person feedback group I executed. 

I was supported by a staff of 2 stellar direct reports. I also reported to all managing parties including investors and vendors on progress, developments and roadblocks with the project.

Hollywire.com was one of the fastest growing entertainment sites online that specialized in custom celebrity content. Rather than rehash the same headlines, Hollywire.com created video and written content that was unique, engaging and entertaining.

As a versatile Brand Strategist/Content creator and Pop Culture Enthusiast, I was able to contribute to Hollywire in a variety of ways by:

-Persona development and audience segmentation: narrowed article content to Millennial/"teen scene" niche. Also generated niche content on green trends and celebrities in Hollywood.  
-Sponsored content: Particiapted in TypePad conversations, Ustream's, and compiling advertorials for companies such as Dannon Yogurt, Diet Coke, LivGreen. 
-Strategic alliances: Developed relationships with advertising partners inclusive of Six Apart, Glam, Alloy Marketing and NCM.
-Brand Evangelsit: Served as a brand ambassador/entertainment host at several key events including South By Southwest SXSW, the Freedom Awards and the 2009 Environmental Media Awards.
-Content generation: conducted on camera interviews with high profile talent ranging from cast members/choreographers from So You Think You Can Dance as well as Ziggy Marley, The 2am Club, Forever the Sickest Kids, Kevin McHale from Glee just to name a few. 

I also worked for the parent company of Hollywire as a Project Manager and created content and strategies when necessary.
