Jack Pan completed his Ph.D. in Oceanography at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego in 2020.4 Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth & Environmental Sciences with a minor in Global Sustainability from UC Irvine in 2013.1
