Gabriela Coser
Economics Analyst
Gabriela Coser is a Climate Finance Analyst at the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) and PUC-Rio, where she focuses on research related to climate finance, including mechanisms, instruments, and policies aimed at aligning public and private sectors to enhance financial markets while ensuring environmental sustainability. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UNB) and is actively involved in social entrepreneurship, particularly in the education sector.
Before her current role, Gabriela served as an Economic Analyst for the Brazilian Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock (CNA). There, she developed engagement strategies to improve regulations and proposed public policies to boost financial instruments that increase the agricultural sector's participation in capital markets and green finance. Additionally, she has experience in international trade policies, having participated in a capacity-building program at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva in 2018.1
