Jack Oslan is the Co-founder of See Jane Farm, where he has spearheaded the development of a disruptive business plan aimed at decentralizing agriculture. With over 35 years of experience in high volume manufacturing and supply chain management, Jack brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

At See Jane Farm, Jack has played a pivotal role in designing an automated manufacturing system for scaled indoor agriculture, as well as assembling the initial core team. He successfully led the development, launch, and operation of the demonstration project on the Google corporate campus, showcasing his executive leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.

Jack's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Communications from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, which has equipped him with a unique blend of creativity and business acumen. Prior to his role at See Jane Farm, Jack held key positions such as Principal at multiple business consulting firms, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Lahlouh Group, Managing Partner at Watermark Press, and Founder of Target Impressions.

His diverse professional experience encompasses sales management, customer service, and operations, highlighting his versatility and ability to drive success across various domains within the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
